Just came back from a short yet much needed holiday, making this week only 3 days long. I went to a cosy bush lodge and stayed in this exquisite tent Shelley which was well designed and thought through, simplicity that truly works.
My short week was started off with some administration of the archive filling, sorting out projects and archiving them. Then I finalised my post box design and headed off to the domestic project again for few more amendments, on plans, schedules and energy efficiency report.
SHORT AND SWEET WEEK.... (IM RYHMNING...).

START OF A WEEK
Start of a terrible weeek. I have been working on the staircase drawing for too long now and when my boss final wanted to see my work, everything was a complete mess, too many mistakes. I need a holiday...! But all this was my own doing, I was too focused on other things and not realy looking at my work. I need to focus on my drawings skills and learn from previous mistakes and good drawings.
Well my week went on at this dramatic pace for some days, making mistakes here and there and everywhere and I am so anger at myself for most of the week, but that had to stop and finally within this week my staircase drawings were done and dusted and off with the tender documents..YHO!
Interesting though I was giving a task which then seemed meaningless which was to design a post box for a particular pier. I thought ok, thats easy and extremely foolish but I went ahead and well I had to dig up some advice. From searching for a post box, calling manufacturers and speaking to them. This was indeed fun, interacting with other professionals - I love architecture. Getting a suitable post box and drawing it in and sending drawings to the manufacturers to make final ammendments.
